Shipping and Orders

Where does MIMI PURR deliver?

We ship to all locations within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Free shipping is available on orders of $100 or more within the United States. We also ship to any international destination served by UPS. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping is $8. For expedited shipping, the fee ranges from $30 to $38. Please leave a note in your order, and we will send an invoice for the difference to your email. Please be sure to check your inbox.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Once we receive your order, it typically takes 2 business days to ship. Custom items may take 2–5 days to ship. Standard shipping takes approximately 5–15 days.

How do I change my shipping address?

We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request, but we cannot guarantee that updates will be completed before your order is shipped. If your order was shipped to the wrong address, please email info@mimipurr.com

Can I cancel my order?

My package shows as delivered, but I haven't received it.

Yes, delivery can sometimes take a while. Please wait a few more days. If you still haven't received it, please send an email to info@mimipurr.com。We will conduct a thorough investigation, file a claim with the shipping company, and ensure that your issue is properly resolved!

Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?

Unfortunately, there are sometimes delays in the UPS and USPS tracking systems, but these are usually resolved within a day or so. If you haven’t seen any updates or changes within 5 business days, please feel free to contact us at info@mimipurr.com.

Oh no, my dog broke something! What should I do?
