Return and Exchange Policy
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date you received your package.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and have all tags intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of pet clothing that has been worn or tried on, especially in cases where there is a risk of contamination or health issues.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Want to return or exchange an item? Here's what to do
- Please send an email to info@mimipurr.com ,within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please include the following in your email: your order number, whether you’d like a refund or an exchange, and which item you’re returning. We’d also appreciate it if you could briefly mention the reason.
- We will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Restocking fees and shipping costs
- When returning an item, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The $8 shipping fee is non-refundable. For orders that qualify for free shipping (over $100), the refund amount will be reduced by a flat $8 shipping fee. Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
If you discover any damage or defects upon unboxing, please contact our customer service within 7 days. You shouldn’t have to deal with this hassle—we’ll take full responsibility and arrange for a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover all shipping costs.
Change size or color
- If you'd like to exchange it for a different size or color,Before the item is shipped, please email us at info@mimipurr.com and provide your order number and the product you wish to exchange.
- If the item has already been shipped, the smoothest way to proceed is to follow the steps above to return it, and at the same time place an order for the item you want directly on our website. This way, your new item will reach you as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy and Methods
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned package, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days. If you used a discount code, the refund amount will be based on the actual price you paid at the time of purchase.
