Exchanges: If there is a quality issue with the item, don’t worry—you can donate it. If there is no quality issue, as long as the item is brand new, still has its original tags and packaging, and is free of odors and pet hair, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the right size within 30 days of receiving your order.
