Order Processing

  • We process orders within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom items will be processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
  • Please carefully verify that the address you entered is correct. We are not responsible for any undeliverable orders resulting from an incorrect address. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding shipping costs), and you will need to place a new order.

International Orders

  • All of these shipping methods offer online tracking.
  • Express Delivery (3–7 business days) | Standard Delivery (7–15 business days)
  • *Import duties and/or customs fees may apply to your package; these charges are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost.
